Let me tell you a true story.

One day in Langkawi I joined a group of young people chartering a Boat for just an hour of fishing.

At 50% Discount to NTA Mulpha has an Intrinsic Value of RM1.90

What Is The Target Price? Ideally RM3.00 like Crescendo, Plenitude, Daiman & Country View.

But Since There are A Lot of Stale Bulls Out There with 2,133 Billion Shares

A More Realistic Target Price Would be 80 cents.

See When Mulpha can hit 80 cents.


7) Other Tips? Mulpha is enough for the time being. Watch the construction of 3 new interchanges to enhance value. Mulpha will be the least affected by coming toll hike, car levy by Singapore. It caters to The Upper Class & The VIP Class.

Today News Came Out That RM21 Billions Have Been Allotted to Greater KL MRT!

Lots and Lots of Long Steel is Needed.

In Bursa Filing Director just converted 1 million Masteel Shares from Warrant to Mother.

He could just sell warrants and buy mother to pocket the 4 to 5 cents difference. Instead he did all share holders a favour by setting a very good example to convert warrants.

Director is a Gentleman Indeed!
