Need your advise.
Now I had 1000 units x $2 after ex I will 1250 unit shall I purchase 1000 units x $1.93 more in order to get another 250 unit or enter after ex?
or shall I sell it now and re-enter again after ex to get lowest rate?
Apologize for the inconvenience caused to you because I'm thinking to accumulate this stock for long investment with fair rate. Thank you in advance.

Palm oil prices likely to hit RM3,200 by year-end
By Ooi Tee Ching
REVERSING INTO UPTREND: Palm oil is one of the commodities that has not moved up, says market strategist
PALM oil prices are likely to climb back to RM3,200 a tonne by year-end, said Jupiter Securities chief market strategist Benny Lee Wan Yu.
Yesterday, the third-month benchmark palm oil futures on the Malaysian Derivatives Exchange traded RM10 higher to close at RM2,937 a tonne.
"Palm oil prices are more or less going to trade rangebound between RM2,900 and RM3,000 a tonne in the immediate weeks. Chartwise, palm oil prices seemed to have bottomed out at RM2,820 a tonne," he said.
"So far, palm oil is one of the commodities that has not moved up. Gold, petroleum and soyabean have all gone up.
"Currently, the trading pattern is very much like that in 2010. Back then, prices went as high as RM3,900 a tonne towards the end of the year," he said.
However, Lee said this time, prices are not likely to trade as high because of high inventories.
"We see the prices reversing into an uptrend, going as high as RM3,200 by year end and peaking at RM3,400 a tonne in the first quarter of 2013," he added.
Lee was speaking on the sidelines of the International Palm Oil Sustainability Conference 2012 held here yesterday.
Also present at the conference was Malaysian Palm Oil Council chairman Datuk Lee Yeow Chor.
Cargo surveyor Intertek Agri Services put September 1 to September 10 exports at 453,302 tonnes, an increase of 27 per cent. Another surveyor, SGS, puts exports at 460,939 tonnes, up 30 per cent.
In the first 10 days of this month, crude palm oil exports jumped more than twofolds to 167,663 tonnes. The surveyors' report said the surge is a result of the government's recent decision to allow another two million tonnes of tax-free crude palm oil to be exported.
Lee concurred with the cargo surveyors' findings that palm oil export volume is doing well.
"We expect shipment to pick up in the coming months. There's strong demand for palm oil from India and Africa," he said.
When asked on price outlook, Lee replied: "Palm oil is still trading at a wide discount to soya oil of more than US$200 (RM620) a tonne. This price differential has prompted demand for more palm oil and in time, prices should start to rise again."

I had check back company annual report...should be good for fundamental (long investment) Technical analysis I'm not that wise to study it.
How far this stock can move? My personal analysis as below :-
1)Pressure on raw material cost (Depend on environment and government GDP control - flour market price)
2)Investor emotional control - any good or bad news will affected the volume and self confidence control.
3)Almost 60% of the market playing short terms focus due to uncertain economy crises & unfixed election prior.
With above issue may caused the movement of chart. Those fund manager & foreigner investor might not dare to invest large volume on it and will jump to other potential counter such as blue chip stock. However due to consumer product, everyone of us need to eat everyday price rise to 1.80 supposedly no problem by end year.
Pls correct me if my analyst was wrong.

KUALA LUMPUR: IGB Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) has priced its initial public offering (IPO) to institutional investors at the top of an indicative range in a deal that will raise about US$260mil in the buoyant Malaysian market, according to sources.
The IPO was priced at RM1.25 per share, said sources with direct knowledge of the deal who were not authorised to speak publicly on the matter. The REIT had been offered to large investors such as pension and mutual funds at a RM1.15-to-RM1.25 range.
The deal is set to be the fourth largest IPO this year in Malaysia, and follows high-profile share sales by planter Felda Global Ventures Holdings Bhd (FGVH) in June and IHH Healthcare Bhd in July.
The institutional tranche of the offer was about 30 times oversubscribed, one of the sources said, underscoring the growing interest in Malaysian deals and the emergence of South-East Asian capital markets.
Equity issuance in Malaysia year-to-date stands at about US$7.9bil, compared with US$3.9bil last year, and Malaysian IPOs have gained 17% year-to-date on average, according to Thomson Reuters publication IFR.
The Gardens Mall is one of the properties of IGB REIT. The Gardens Mall is one of the properties of IGB REIT.
The IGB REIT was likely to yield 5.1% to 5.2% a year, IFR reported, making it appealing to investors looking to bolster returns amid volatile stock markets and with global interest rates near record lows.
Demand was also buoyed by the relatively small size of the deal, compared with FGVH's US$3.1bil IPO and US$2.1bil IHH dual-listing.
The property trust owns two Kuala Lumpur shopping malls the Mid Valley Megamall and the Gardens Mall.
Meanwhile, MIDF Research has placed a fair valuation of RM1.43 per share based on the resilient earnings of Malaysian REITs. The research house said there had been strong interest in IGB REIT with the retail and institution portions of the offer for sale oversubscribed.
“Hence we believe our estimated fair value (capital gain potential of 14%) is not overly optimistic,” it said. Reuters

Sometime I'm quite wondering should we worried the euro-crises? Why the US & Euro crises affected our market? May I ask a stupid question...
1) If those fund manager loss confidence in west country will they turn concentration to us?
2) Will those foreigner investor will turn us too?
3) If yes, why as a local investor what's actually scaring us about? Does our dumping action chase them away?
4) If no, why the market doing well activity and hitting new high records? Is there any bearish symptoms towards us?
