GST project will be implemented by TIME ENG... One of the reason, MYEG and Censof bid for TIME takeover is because of this GST project. Since Censof got TIME, so GST will be given to CENSOF (TIME). Government will announce this on Budget 2014, this coming October. So till Budget, Censof is definitely a good buy
