As long as the fundamental of the penny stock is good, then try to buy at the most best price.. Example, instaco warrant at 11sen yday.

Instaco, something is brewing inside.. competition is high in telco industry.. never get project is a diff story.. but the advantage is, the price is in the baseline range (buying range). The only reason it will drop below 20sen if showing very bad financials in the next 3-4 quarters. If financials is ok, it wil stay within the range, and will move up if secured some projects.. I believe instaco shud be playing in the range 40-50 sen in 2014

i tell u something, after budget 2014 ah, the share should not suppose 2 move up, there is no strong reason for it to move up.. but matter of fact, the share price move up for no reason.
