Regarding competition, this is very normal in investment and human life. If you find a company don’t have competitor, don’t so happy, maybe the company in a comfort zone and protect by government.

The Jaybird Vista standard is good after they developing own technology.

They have 3-5 years roadmap to build the company.
Capex is one of the indicator for growth.
Salutica take few years to build it, now they start to get business from new customer and new product.

他买在50SEN就没再买了。
过后有天他卖在62SEN后，收市跌穿60SEN，他很开心和觉得自己做对选择。
过后希望等跌回更多再买。可是没跌很多。
有天KRONO飞上去67SEN 左右，他忍不住在66 SEN买到。这次他说不要那么快卖啦。
还有一位60多SEN 看着它上下，去到70SEN 再看，前天破了80SEN， 他说算了不买了。

去年第一批在0.50买到后，陆续都在买和关注公司announcement.

过后一度没原因下飞去0.68左右。开心一下，伤心是我都还没买够。
过后就跌下来0.5-0.49吧！账目亏点点，也让我持续买入。
一路买够后，去到62SEN 左右，再次起了又跌回57SEN。
刚好看到公司宣布拿到合约，就上网查了后，收市前立刻买进。过后，最后一批0.62加码累积完要买的资本。

现在买够了，平均55SEN，看着股价起起落落会开心下。
但是也没做什么，就让公司做他的生意吧！

建立一个组合。就无需担心或在意短期起起落落。
因为在0.6-0.8这段期间，都会有人猜中，也有人不小心买错cut lost... 如果长远投资，何必在乎这个价位对或错？

然后看CAPEX有没有大起。
大起就看公司投资新机器/工厂做什么？

如果你觉得公司投资的前景可以
那先买入小量跟踪公司业务、管理层动作和AGM。
过后再看REVENUE有没有跟着起，有就可以布局多点了。
PROFIT的话，因为CAPEX买厂或机器，造成depreciation,可能不准。

以上例子多数为工业生产股。

投资看PAPER PROFIT重要。但他是很迟的指标。

这种发展公司，看他的CASH FLOW去哪里？
投资机器。
然后M CO1 把它打下来。再到自己工厂中COVID 被逼关两星期。

再看公司建议dividend reinvestment ,可以看出要派回股息。因为老板自己有50% 股份。

再看大量请人等等。

当确定有盈利的话。股价不会是现在这个价钱。

当然，股价波动很高。因为都是未确定的。
短长期投资者就跟自己game plan吧
