Margin of safety is not there. If I am wrong and they are lying about their profits, then i will lose big.

Hopefully we are not buying into a company run by crooks. Their ability to churn profits is very strong. Even without the new factory they are making as much as Bioalpha. Strong ability to pay dividends too. It is even more difficult to read a business than reading TA, i just hope I didn't get it wrong.

Highly profitable company. Their NTA same as Bioalpha, but making much more money. If they pump their profits in the prospectus leading to the IPO date, then this stock will crash to 20 sens

Who is selling? Next time when agm convenes, I will propose resolution to ban selling this stock.

The best way is for Innature to expand quickly. Not sure if their products are that good anyway
2020-05-12 14:08 | Report Abuse
But the ROE for financial result sure down, because the equity portion expanded Alot. Maybe cut the roe by half.
2020-05-12 14:07 | Report Abuse
ROE= Net profit margin*Asset Turnover(Asset use Efficiency)*Equity Multiplier(Financial leverage)
2020-05-12 14:06 | Report Abuse
The only thing that is good about Innature is its high ROE at 30%. In fact, it is extraordinarily high.
2020-05-12 14:03 | Report Abuse
This Innature first listed then report lower profits. Up one level, this company even before IPO for its last few financial results showed lower profits. I thought if you list you should wait for good results this company wants to be different

Guys, the PE after share buyback should be lower right?

Don't think this stock will be the next QL. The 3 cousins are nothing more than investment bankers, they are not businessmen. Managing cash flow is easy, but to expand the business and enter a new business is very challenging. Doubt people who have no experience can do it. More like show only.
2020-04-29 17:31 | Report Abuse
With that amount of cash, lotte should perform some buybacks to consolidate its earnings. There is no point keeping so much money when you are not going to invest heavily for expansion. Either they invest in competitive products, or just buyback shares.
2020-04-29 17:25 | Report Abuse
Lotte is bleeding at quite a bad rate. I trust it will trade around 1.2 to 2.5 sideways for a long time. There will be rising optimism like now, and fading optimism as the structural problem in this industry gets clearer and clearer. Invest for its cash, not its business.

You have to accept both bad and good news. Don't be cynical towards new revelation

You thought it was 20 sen net cash didnt you? Now I let u know it is actually less than 20. I didn't say institutional investors trick me. But my own alaysis did. Same with the comments above on 20 sen net cash

I got tricked too. Bought before covid19 blown out.

And to born2spec, it is fundamentals. Even if you look into pe ratio, it is still fundamentals. Net net is not a analysis tool, it is simply the value of a stock that you can gain from its liquidation. Or most likely to gain. Again, if you dont understand net working capital, then forget about it. I am just pointing out, not conducting some mythical stock analysis
2020-04-28 19:30 | Report Abuse
But this analysis won't make sense to people dont even know what is net working capital
2020-04-28 19:00 | Report Abuse
Anyway, I never said you shouldn't invest in this share. I didn't give any indication about its future share price. But I am adding the discounted Net net because it seems the share price is not really moving up above its discounted Net net value
2020-04-28 18:59 | Report Abuse
Because that was based on Net net. After taking factors pf the really weak environment, poor business performance for skme time to see, i decided to fall back on the discounted Net net which Graham actually prefers to use.

You don't speculate on a industry with structural issues
2020-04-28 16:56 | Report Abuse
It is not general statements. I m not a speculator, this is not intended for people who can't read fundamentals and a company's underlying business.

Risk will come from its indonesian plant. If that indonesian plant is a failed investment, failed as in its products are not making money, then yes, it's NWCA will decrease and lower its value
2020-04-28 15:40 | Report Abuse
This is quite interesting, when it fall to its lowest at 0.97, now at 1.50, before breakout at 1.20. These prices correspond to its net net values. This shows that net net value acts as the cushion for it. If it falls again, it shouldn't fall too much below 1.18 if not not below 0.93
2020-04-28 15:33 | Report Abuse
Summary:
Net net=NWCA minus Total Liabilities
Net net value=1.97
Discounted Net net=1.56
60 percent discount to discounted Net net=0.93
60 percent to its net net=1.18
2020-04-28 15:25 | Report Abuse
If you based it on discounted NWCA, there will be no more upside. Any changes in business operations will potentially reduced its NWCA, lower the net net value. The only reason to invest in this share, is not about its NWCA, it is whether future operations cam be profitable at a sustainable level.
2020-04-28 15:23 | Report Abuse
Careful with Lctitan, it is trading at its discounted NWCA, it means there is no more discount to its discounted Net Working Capital Assets. Without discounting its current assets, the NWCA will be RM 1.97, meaning it has around 47 sens upside. If you look at discounted NWCA, it is 1.56.

No actually I am wrong, the earnings should have already deducted the interest exp paid to Perpetual suluk holders. But the amount of assets including cash is not exactly what we own as shareholders. Quite deceiving. I think alot of investors got tricked. Net cash is actually much less than 20 sens
2020-04-28 15:12 | Report Abuse
Go check it's balance sheet, its equity portion includes 1.5 billion perpetual debt. It means we are not getting as much earnings as we think
Stock: [GENM]: GENTING MALAYSIA BERHAD

Grim outlook for GENM. Their UK and US operations cannot turnaround. I bought GENM for the Malaysian operations, then they keep injecting all three failed operations into the company
