Every Data Center needs Power Supply, Infrastructure Property, Big Data, Cooling System...
Don't confuse with MahSing which business is in the areas of Infrastructure Property with YTLPower which is in areas of Power Supply. They are not competing with each other!

Jakel gedung kain venture into datacentre. mAh Sing property developer also venture into datacentre. Pak Abu from kampung melayu and Ah Meng from kepong also going to announce they are venturing into datacentre. Their venture are very profitable.. Abu will be Lan Skap for datacentre. Ah meng will be hygiene for datacentre. Actually Abu itu tukang sapu and Ah meng ITU toilet cleaner... LOL...

Mahsing management team really professional, efficient and trusted. DC building will be completed in 18 months and start operation in 2nd half of 2026. Mahsing 20% stake in the JV could yield a profit share of RM23.6mil, this recurring income corresponding to about 11% of the financial year 2023 core earnings.

In a RHB Report dated 13 May 2024 Titled [Real Estate - JS-SEZ: The New Chapter of Iskandar Malaysia] mentioned a list of major landowners in Iskandar Malaysia. Further extrapolating from the list, the table below shows the share price performances of these landowners.

Data Center is just normal building project---75% real Cost are Data Equipment which are not supply by Mah Sing---Real beneficiary for next 50years are TNB and Ranhill Johor or Syabas Selangor ( Both water suppliers are in private hand or going to be )
Next 50years only KPS got benefits bcos it is suppyling water cleaning chemical to
Syabas ( mother and Son )
