Today saw profit taking after touching RM7.80. Thick roadblock by seller selling 5k to 10k shares. After clearing all profit takers left only long term investor, uptrend will be there again. One thing special about this share is in a single moment only 5 sellers and 5 buyers existed. Easily cleared and price up like no tomorrow.
* Both side works well with DSONIC, apa lagi kita mau. LOL

This stock is not for contra but mid to long term very promising. Keep your tickets & acquire whenever possible. Now the market's focus is on stocks with price lower than RM1,with strong fundamental and low PE.
Example: Fitters, Homeritz, Fibon & Gunung. All trying to break their new high.

No one will know tmr will drop or up. It depends on fellow investors actually. And herd mentality.
Drop in 4 days can be easily overtaken by gain in 1 day.

Property developer that focused on affordable housing will not be affected by Budget 2014. People buy houses for staying with family unlike others for investment purpose. Only those who takut takut will sell. Quarterly results will be released on 23 or 24 Oct, must be very good. Keep your tickets tight, and it will reach RM3 by year end.

Business-wise: I love chocolates. But if i'm to compare between Tudor Gold & Tango with Cadbury and Hershey's, really loose out too much. The feeling of Crispy is somehow like the oily texture still lingers around your tongue after you consume it for some time. Somemore crispy is quite expensive. I feel like they are cheap chocolates.
Fundamental: Got lots of cash. So ? Will you able to utilize the cash to generate profits? How to explain Q1 earnings RM400k & Q2 RM9k ? ROE never exceed 10% yet many years are losing money.

闲谈mbsb 《附加股=阴谋论(合拼)+转型=符合fsa条例…》
也意味着mbsb一步一步迈向100亿市值
(好久没闲谈mbsb)
原因
1)最令人瞩目的第三季报告还未出炉
2)国家银行打压个人贷款,贷款期限缩小至10年,mbsb的吸引力大不如前
但是在前两天mbsb提议附加股筹资14.7亿
10亿用来扩大业务范围,其余的用于购入金融商品以符合国家银行要求

看法1:(附加股是否意味着EPF开始为rhbcap和mbsb合拼铺路呢?)
在这次附加股当中,作为大股东的EPF 将会全额认购附加股,注资9.7亿
9.7亿可不是小数目,那意味着epf非常看好mbsb的未来
mbsb 目前市值50亿,持有64%mbsb的epf要私有化mbsb,基本上只需要18亿,
以目前看来,mbsb被私有化的机率非常低,合拼机率相对浓厚
早期rhbcap与osk 以及mestika 商谈收购合拼,所以rhbcap和mbsb的合拼迟迟没下落
目前rhbcap和osk及mestika的合拼已接近尾声
那是否意味着接下来,rhbcap 即将合拼mbsb呢?

**(fsa最新条例,限制投资机构不可持有一家银行股权超过50%)
epf持有64%mbsb,同时epf持有rhbcap 41%,诺要符合fsa,epf可要减持mbsb
osk持有rhbcap 9.89%,另个大股东(arab 银行)持有20%rhbcap
个人认为,epf高价合拼osk是为了降低rhbcap持股%,以为往后mbsb合拼铺路
诺epf有意把自己在rhbcap的持股%提高至50%,势必高价合拼mbsb
epf选择不多,(也只有一个方法:那就是合拼)
个人估计mbsb合拼市值:100亿,rhbcap合拼市值:200亿
那样一来,epf即将持有50%新的合拼公司
整体来说,合拼最大的受益对象是epf,除了能提高自己在rhbcap的持股%,也能使epf无需减持mbsb%,可说是一箭双雕

mbsb附加股对mbsb投资者是好事或是坏事呢?
诺要了解这一切,就必须回到2011年2月14日
当天mbsb也曾经宣布附加股筹资5亿
2011年2月15日:mbsb股价为RM1.5
2011年5月3日,也就是附加股除权的前一天:mbsb股价为RM2.5
一共上涨了67%
这回附加股是否能和以往一样带动股价上涨?确实让人很期待

看法4:就算合拼不成功,mbsb迈向银行之路已成定局
目前mbsb的tier 1 capital ratio 7.7%,附加股后,tier 1 capital ratio 会调高11.1%(或更高)

目前mbsb首次推出个人贷款予私人界,也开始扩大自家生意规模,也可抵消国家银行打击家债所带来的冲击

Don't sell for such little tiny profits. Huayang is now at adolescence stage, a company with strong and stable growing from one year to another. Hold your tickets tight and it will climbed to RM3 by this year end.

Trop is aggressive on expanding their landbank & put aside those declining share price and high gearing ratio issues. Dropping of share price temporarily is unavoidable as they posses big dream.

Tropicana buying land in Johor for RM366mil
PETALING JAYA: Tropicana Corp Bhd is buying 18 pieces of freehold land in Pulai, Johor, at a cost of RM366.55mil for a yet unnamed mixed-use development, which is estimated to have a gross development value (GDV) of RM6.4bil.
It told the stock exchange that the sale and purchase agreement for the land, measuring 103.82ha, was signed yesterday between its unit Tropicana Desa Mentari Sdn Bhd and the vendor, Lee Pineapple Co Pte Ltd.
Tropicana, formerly known as Dijaya, said it was planning eco-themed retail and commercial projects on the land, which is currently approved for agricultural and industrial use.
The firm has yet to obtain a development order or determine the development costs and timelines.
Tropicana added that since no valuations were conducted on the land, its net book value was unavailable as it was not privy to the information. The price was agreed to on a willing buyer, willing seller basis, the company said.
The land is located in an area “ripe for mixed development”, being in Flagship B of Nusajaya north of Iskandar Malaysia, and ringed by established residential developments such as SP Setia Eco Gardens, Bukit Indah, Horizon Hill, Leisure Farm and Ledang Heights.
Other amenities and attractions in the vicinity include Legoland, Sanrio Hello Kitty Town, Pinewood Studios, Puteri Harbour, Kota Iskandar, Educity, Afiat Health Park and Southern Industrial and Logistics Cluster. The land is accessible via multiple access roads such the Second Link Highway, Pontian Highway, Pasir Gudang Highway and Coastal Highway.
Tropicana said the acquisition was in line with its expansion plans in Johor, bringing its total land-bank to 886ha with a potential GDV of RM79bil.
Funding is to be raised from bank debt and internal funds, the exact mix of which would be decided later. Its gearing levels are not expected to change until the third quarter of next year, pending the completion of the sale.
Tropicana has paid an earnest deposit of 1% of the purchase price to the seller, or RM3.67mil, and would settle the 10% deposit upon the execution of the sale and purchase agreement.
The balance RM329.9mil would be paid three months after all the conditions for the deal are fulfilled.
The land is free from all encumbrances save for several lease agreements with a brick manufacturer and a nursery. All existing structures on the land would be demolished, Tropicana said.
