In order for a listed company to do a RM4billion cash call, it will need to explain the cash call for such hugh sum is for. SC not so easily approve it unless it is for a very good reason. Don’t forget PNB is a substantial shareholder in Sapura with 40% stakes and PNB is diversifying it’s core investment from property to O&G.
