The court case were from high court to court of appeal to the latest of federal court. Dear frens, federal court is the final stage for the verdict judgement. Hence, the coming 22nd is the final judgement for the court case. Buy b4 too late.

Singapore and Malaysia government signed the MOU today for the high speed railway project. One of the stations are Ayer Keroh which is near to DPS's future development project. Just to ask yourself what is going to happen to DPS's land bank?

The court case dated 22 apr didnt bring any impact to the share price. Instead the price move down from 0.11 to 0.105. So the morale of the story is to wait till 13 aug.

It will takes abt 21 days for the court case result to be announces to Bursa which is approximately mid of august. So better go and buy others and come back again in August.

Dear frens, 1 day after the announcement of material litigation the share price shoot up to 0.12 and fall back to the normal level subsequently. Hence, can conclude that the insurance claim will not bring any weight to the share price. Furthermore the next court session most likely will takes another month to sit it for the court hearing which should be in Jul or Aug. Hence, the insurance claim final decision will only affect the 2nd quarter result which is in Nov. So this stock is for long term investment. Wait and see the best timing is on Nov onwards. The JV proposals gonna take place on next year.

I agree with you decentguy. Being 3rd force is to support and supplement the plan to boost up the price. No harm team up to share information each other. Most likely MSIG will route the case back to high court rather than settle out of court. It will takes easily months to proceed.

What we can do now is to push the price down to 0.10 or 0.095 so that we can sapu more stock and win big. The problem with this counter is too many contra players. The insurance claim most likely will be utilized to fund their JV project which going to commence in next year. So no kangtao for contra players. I sincerely urged all the contra players to leave this counter. The quarter result will no bring any positive impact on the share price for coming 2 weeks.

I would like to suggest us the small shareholder to create 1 watssap group to discuss the direction within ourself. The main reason why the share price moving down mainly due to contra players. Hence,lets move hand in hand. 10 small shareholder will become 3rd force to push this price up. The target price for this counter should be RM4.00.

Based on logical thinking, the share price for this account should be moving up instead of moving down. 1 week b4 22 apr, the average closing price was 0.11. Now we can concluded that DPS won the court case but the price moving downward. Very weird. Look back their share price movement. After the announcement of material litigation, the share price move up to 0.15 that time the winning chance is only 50%-50%. Now the result is out which was DPS won the case but the confidence level move the other way round.

Whether the result out tml or next monday will not make any difference. The BB will start to push this counter most likely in mid of June. The main element for goreng is the court case status. I dun think MSIG will settle out of court. I think they will route the case back to high court. Hence, without this element this counter not going to perform for this 2 weeks.

The property tycoon is eyeing on the property company in malacca. Yongtai is 1 of the classic case. The Hong Kong group bought them to indirectly control the Impression Malacca 印像马六甲. The china property giant and tycoon are looking and searching opportunity to invest the property market in malacca. But they only prefer freehold land. The lands surrounding Impression Malacca is leasehold land which china tycoon dun like. They prefer freehold title land banks. The tender for the KL-Singapore Express is part of the strategy plan of一带一路. The potential contractors are China and Japan. Singapore government favours Japan group. Hence, the chinese tycoon sure will sapu the lands surrounding of the station. Fortunate enough the land banks owns by DPS is very near to the KL-Singapore Express Malacca station in order to surround the station in case the award won by Japan.

Dear frens, the 1st element is confirmed. The 2nd element which is the quarter result will be very impressive so in short term this counter should be quite interesting. Looking at the property sector,the land is a freehold land(free from encumbrances) so the land can be pledged as security at the value quoted by valuer at 25Million. If take into consideration of the insurance claim at 15million(conservative figure) DPS cash in hand is 40million which is more than enough to undertake the 200million project which to be commenced in year 2017. DPS is ready to move into property sector aggresively.

JJ Chan there is no reason for Dr.Peter to delay the announcement.First and foremost, any announcement pertaining to the court case result must be supported by verdict and official judgement from court. Without the official documents from court no one is allowed to amnounce the court result. Normally it takes 14days for the court to issue the verdict to both plantiff and defandant. For this case i supposed DPS is still yet to receive the official verdict from court. How to announce to Bursa without the verdict?Dr.Peter is my hero and please dun sabotage my hero.
