Samngks, i was telling ppl to buy and keep. The timing depends on individual. The price at 0.10 for shares and 0.055 for WB is not so attractive to me as i forsee the price gonna drop to 0.0905 and 0.050 by next week. As the announcement for the courtcase will be out 14 days from the judgement day most likely next wednesday or thursday.. Be patient. Samngks base on your logical thinking how much is the best price to go in?Ppl buy shares not because of the court case but the future prospect. Win or lost is secondary issue. We have to look at larger picture that the said lands are strategically located near to the KL Singapore railway.

As i said earlier, the announcement will takes abt 14 working days to announce. So just bear with it and keep for long term.Most likely mid of May. Already waited for so long might as well keep half to let it go sky high.

Whatever the result is, this counter is really a good buy. The said development is a freehold land which is very limited in Malacca. Furthermore with the proposed "Impression Malacca",china developer tycoon will focus in Malacca just like the Country Garden,Green Land and R & F. There might be possibility for the china developer to buy the shares to be the major shareholder in order to develop the land. All in all, property segment in Malacca is deemed positive furthermore the said lands are freehold title which china tycoon love in. Just buy b4 too late, the TP should be RM1.00 p.s. DPS go.go.go.
