Only way is NOT to sell at 0.305 and 0.605...so that insider..syndicate..shark..whale all can only collect so little.

The main aim is to move warrant price as they like.....so far at 0.305....collected 800k and today 0.605....collecting 300k ongoing..
Total 1.1 million

NOSH Warrant got 150 million.

Insider/Shark/whale will need more than 1.1 million so as able to "pump and dump" Warrant price.

So i believe Insider/ Sharks/Whales will probably chase up to 0.905 just to average down their cost and collect more Warrant.

yes...you correct but only if Mother price is lower that Warrant exercise price

In the case of Scientx and Kpower....all last close price is lower than exercise price.
That the reason all start price reference ia 0.005cent

Let me ask you...
If SCIB close higher RM 2.33
(currently higher) then exercise warrant price rm1.77.

So do share what should the warrant 1st day pricing?

it should be

2.14 x 1.3 - 1.77
= 1.01 Warrant price.

So it should be
1st Day......0.56 + 0.3 = 0.86 cent (LimitUp)
2nd Day.....0.86....if limitup 1.16 or match the 1.01 calculated Warrant price.

it depend how much premium you attached to SCIB when Warrant listing come 16th Feb

ok..example
let say a day before warrant listing and 2.33 is the last closing price

it will be
2.33 - 1.77
= 0.56 warrant price

So on 16th Feb
2.33 adjusted to 2.14 ( mother)
Warrant will be 0.56 ( warrant listing)

So trading...warrant will be price 56 cent and if limitup
56 cent + 30 cent
= 0.86 cent ....1st day trading


Usually stock like this will usually get 30% premium average
So the value of your Warrant should be

2.33 x 1.3( 30% premium) - 1.77
= 1.725 Warrant Price lah.

If above case is true....
then
1st Day Warrant possibility 56 cent + 30 cent
= 86 cent LimitUp
2nd Day...86 + 30 = 1.16 LimitUp
3rd Day....1.16 Price Freeze
4th Day....1.50 LimitUp
5th Day.....maybe reach 1.725 ( targeted price with 30% premium)

warrant exercise price is 1.77

2 x 2.33 + 1 x 1.77
