Yes.. that is why all Sporean companies in coming to Johor to set up data center.
High usage of electricity. Also tropical climate need heavy cooling.
So Johor location is for targeted for Malaysian and Singaporean companies
In 2024, Demand for data center for Singaporean companies is expected to be 0.88K MW.
By 2029, Demand expected 1.02 K MW
Singapore cannot sustain this demand.

This small amount is chicken feet to Li Flagship Hutchison lah. Mana tau later will add more pun possible lah. Competition we will be more stiff when every country in Asean also will have their AI data centre lah. This is what Nvidia Boss cakap in his speech sometime back lah.
