i think the theme park now can move forward...as previously they waiting for fox to do..but fox is delaying as disney is delaying..
now they can reopen tender to create new theme park... it will not be 21st fox or disney..
but i can be legoland, bolehland or wtfland....or whatever land...

so its easy for them to transition once they get new themepark operator.
