the annual report said 38 production now flat meaning 12,000 boe will maintain until more drilling points but salamender is anxiously want to start drill in 50 as oil in that area is proven and with output equivalent with 38 or more. but unless they can get EIA approval,they cant touch it.

Sona transformed into a Oil n Gas company with production oil fields that churn out 12,000 x USD57 x 0.4 per day. So,calculate yourselve whether expensive or not at this price.

read salamender annual report properly, and the HOA agreement between sona and salamender,you will know that it is not as bad as u think to deal between them.

sona buying a production oil fields with daily 12,000 boe output and their Post tax operating cash flow per boe is USD57 which mean about USD600k. You can then multiply per month cash flow.

if i did not calculate wrong, even if sona take full loan of RM450M from bank, the cash that they received fr salamender is more than enough to cover the loan.

Short term,sona is bearish but long term it will grow. and the risk is low as it cant go down back to 45,the most is 54 or panic selling till 50 but it will push right back up 54 55 (worst case scenario of panic selling,some say sharks is dumping, if sharks is dumping u already dead by now as within half n hour it would have drop back to 45...trust me...i seen it all. yesterday drop showed no syndicates are playing sona (which is good for long term investors and bad for punters).

hope this is better than a bulshit such as sell on news lah this n that ...shits.
