TLTan, i think SPAC counter WA is different, 20% premium can only work when they have QA. Before QA, demand for WA will not give them 20% premium unless investors knew the SPAC is very close to get QA and in SONA case premium is 11% as at today.

Well,mother if no QA will return .45 n WA is zero if no QA in three yrs.so,everyone scares of tht. But if you calculate WA is safer bet now just in case no QA announce during AGM where mother will drop back easily to .45 level...who wants to wait another yr ? N as WA is till 2018,the chances Sona strike QA is still good so it might drop back to .25. Depending your appetite,choose wisely loh.
