（吉隆坡28日讯）迪耐（DNEX,4456,主板科技组）宣布，该公司获得国油贸易（PETDAG,5681,主板消费产品服务组）颁发一项工程合约，总值为1400万令吉。

该公司文告指出，它旗下独资子公司──OGPC有限公司，于2020年2月28日接获国油贸易颁发信函，以为国油的汽油站提供户外付款终站及配件的供应、保养、交付、装置、测试及启用服务。上述合约从2020年2月19日开始为期1年。

迪耐今日发表文告，双方将在泰国成立一家联营公司，以提供东南亚物流网络（SEALNET）的服务。

SEALNET是迪耐以网络为基础，所提供货运和贸易管理服务的一站式服务网络平台。

迪耐将持有联营公司49%股权。

根据该公司文告，SEALNET服务的服务对象，是贸易和物流领域的业者，旨在简化货运和贸易管理过程，进而方便贸易和跨境双边业务。

迪耐执行董事拿督黄锦贤，今日与泰国TIFFA EDI服务总裁苏威特以及董事经理阿努山签约。

黄锦贤还说，有了SEALNET服务，可为泰国及其他东盟国家，创造跨境商业机会。
