Too many singkalans promoted this counter when the price at RM1.XX, the more these singkalans promoted, the more it drop from RM1.5 to now RM0.7X. In fact, now is the right time to promote to buy as the price is at low. Where are these singkalans now ? fast fast come out to promote lah !Niama击败!

This counter seem too many ppl play on it...up a bit then ppl take profit. Most of the stocks already have good rebound from bottom, but this stupid JAKS still struggled at bottom. Performance is lag behind and really Niama击败.

Normally, warrant has premium 10-20%. Based on current PLS price of 0.775, It free warrant may worth 5 to 10 sen.

2 for 1 free warrant approved yesterday with conversion price of RM0.80. Ex-Date 27 Feb 2020. This is really a 'free' warrant. If you have mother share, then you can enjoy to get the free warrant. This for sure is to reward shareholders.

Despite turnaround quarterly result for PLS, but it share price seem still stagnent if compare to other plantation stocks. The reason behind should be due to the corporate exercises which announced on 25 Oct 2019. Company has proposed:

(I) PROPOSED ISSUE OF NEW FREE WARRANTS (1 Warrant for every 2 ordinary shares);

(II) PROPOSED RIGHTS ISSUE OF REDEEMABLE PREFERENCE SHARES (2 RPS for every 1 PLS Share, issue price of RPS=RM1);

=> Proposed free warrant indeed is a good news for shareholders, thus, this should be positive point to PLS.

=> Proposed right issue of redeemable preference shares, this look terrible once glance as company is asking for money again! If you have 1000 units of PLS, there will be 2000 units RPS waiting for you. You need to take out RM2000 for the RPS! This is once glance bad impression. But the thruth here is as shareholders, we no need to subscribe the RPS but can sell the right of RPS during it start trading in the market. Basically, as shareholders, we got nothing to loss but can gain some free tickets on RPS right.

There will be no price adjustment on PLS during ex-date of both proprosal if warrant excercise price and RPS issue price of RM1 is higher than PLS share price.

Thanks to PLS FFB production volume increased tremendously in this quarter due to young and matured oil palm trees it owned, thus bring the company earning turn to green! As Oct 2019 FFB keep on increasing (it's the highest and CPO price keep at high level, anticipate that PLS will show better results in the next quarter!

The full CCC will be obtained by Q1 2020 as referred to TA report and terminal kampar to be fully open by Mar 2020. Thus, it's just few months we need to wait to enjoy the fruit from PTRANS investment. Not trading.

Those sohai that give negative commnets is becos they cut loss during the share price fall (becos sohai like to chase high and to trade to earn few cents). Now, the good news out and share price start to up again, but those sohai didnt buy in yet...thus try to talk cock here to create fear and think can buy back with cheaper cost.

Profit not yet realise then share price already goreng up to roof top...the market seem too efficien and now it will make the correction.

What an amazing quarterly results announced by Liihen!
With current trailing PE of 7 and dividend yield > 4%, for sure this is bursa's best furniture stock that must have in our portfolio! With fair PE of 10, Liihen worth ~RM4.30. Buy at low and keep to enjoy the dividends and capital gain.

From the news that CIMB provide RM371mil facility to IWH for Bandar Malaysia project. We can sure now that Bandar Malaysia project still in Lim Kang Hoo's hand but not go to other.
With this point confirmed, those Lim Kang Hoo related listed companies for sure will get very big benefit from this. Ekovest definately is one of them that must have in our portfolio for Bandar Malaysia theme.

Log production for coming quarter Q2 FY2020 increase by 60% compare to last quarter. This definately will give support to the revenue and profit of PLS in coming quarter.

Fresh fruit bunches for coming quarter Q2 FY2020 increase by 43% compare to last Quarter. This is becos PLS oil palm tree is young and just mature for crop! The latest reported month Oct fresh fruit bunches break the record high again! The oil palm plantation of PLS is very bullish!

Taliwork received 10% of outstanding receivables (RM71.5M = ~3.5sen/share) from SPLASH in Sept 2019 (this will reflect in next quarter result which will be announced @ end of Nov). The balance RM644M will be paid over 9 yearly instalments with amounts outstanding to be charged interest rate of 5.25%.
With huge cash flows into Taliwork for the next 9 years, we can anticipate that Taliwork management will increase the dividend payout from 4.8 sen yearly to 6 - 8 sen per year.
