FBMKLCI moves up 21.7 point today. Orna latest quarterly result was EPS= 9.04cent. NAV=RM2.53. Cash rich company. Buy rate was 62% today.

Dividend 3.25cent on 19Apr2021. Orna should moves up tomorrow even a few cents.

I am not supporter of Kyy at all. Before KYY comment, many buyers already bought this stock esp knowing the improving latest quarterly result.

KPPROP use almost IBS(Industrial Building system) to build house that cut cost esp the labour cost and saving time which result in higher profit margin. KPPROP was doing well even in MCO period. Almost all metal listed companies with large inventory. As metals price are increasing, selling prices are increasing as well. Just go to hardware shops, the shopkeepers will tell you their prices are increased.

COVID-19 Recovering time & post covid-19, US & China spend a lot of money in infrastructure, same will be happpened in Malaysia & around the globe. Year 2021 & 2022, you will see the high inflation time. Moreover, US might print a few trillions US dollar more to pay for their infrastructure projects.

Last quarterly financial result, lost RM2.444 Billion, NAV is Negative 37cent(-37cent).

I do believe this stock should be in the range of 70-80cents. Mainly bcs of latest quarterly result was so good(first positive earning result) and still need to wait for next good quarterly result to convince its value that could be RM1.00 or above.

News mentioned that declare 4 cents dividend; fourth interim dividend 1.5cent and final dividend 2.5cent. But, when is the payment of final dividend 2.5cent?

Goreng goreng stock means that a stock without making any profit or only making a low profit(high PE). One goreng stock is FLEXI, IPO price is 20cent, but opening price is 69cent. Latest 9 month profit is only 1.3cent. Flexi price is 41cent now.

In fact, LEONFB NAV=RM1.22, latest quarterly(latest 3 months) EPS is 5.84cent, steel price is much higher in compare with Oct-Dec2020, and good prospect. If LEONFB stock price more than RM1.50, you should start to be careful.

Malaysia retailers are much more informative and know the art of goreng goreng now. All are waiting for big sharks to swim in. All big sharks are with experience and money. No single Big shark want to swim in yet. The price has to drop further then.

Uncle Koon earned bad reputation bcs of highly recommendation of the SUPERMAX stock but suddenly he told us he had sold all his SUPERMAX a few weeks ago. Why still wants to recommend SUPERMAX after selling all the SUPERMAX. Really hurt many his fans who trust him.
Someone told that he is too old and might forget what he did.
