Due to high inflation, building material and hardware prices up significantly, Chuan profit margin in upcoming quarter will be higher.

Majorities revenue of Chuan are coming from oversea to earn US dollar. Products are hardware and building materials.

Leonfb products are steel related, mostly doing local business. Leonfb fantastic earning was due to high revenue and high margin steel product. Shouldn't compare Leonfb with Chuan.

As US dollar starts to increase, Chuan stock price is the beneficial one since its business is mainly for export.

Steel prices continue rebounce since 27May2021

In comparison with the latest quarter earning with its previous 2 quarterly result, It was fantastic improvement:

LSTEEL earning per share, EPS:

Previous 2 quarter(30SEP2020), EPS=1.91 cent.
Previous quarter(31DEC2020), EPS=2.68 cent.
Latest quarter(31MAR2021), EPS=5.47 cent with NTA=RM1.20.

Share price in Jan2021 was around 57cent. In comparison with other steel stocks with good earning as LSTEEL, Other stocks has surged more than 50%. Leonfb has surged more than 100% since January.

LSTEEL Share price is only 69.5cent.
It is super undervalued now.

Expect to reach at least RM1.00 in short time.

Hold at least 16JUN21 5.01PM, first interim dividend of 2 cent.

Undervalued steel stock with best earning, lowest PE. Let it hits RM1.25 steadily on this Friday.

Bought @ 56cent mostly bcs its fundamental(undervalued & good earning) & at the lower side of bollinger band.

Also, stock market should be somehow better due to lesser covid-19 cases.
