I bought Tomei @ RM1.32

Tomei is still undervalued. Buying gold is the global trend now, above 2000 per ounce. Tomei NTA = RM2.64 which is calculated around 1800 per ounce few months ago. EPS per year is 47.54cent.

4 cent dividend proposed.

Gold price is gradually and steadily going up.

Wonder Tomei share price can go up above RM2 this year end.

Gold price goes up to USD2200 this year end should be on track. Unless, US and China relationship goes back to Obama Era i. no confrontation both in economy and military. But, it won't happen bcs US Biden won't let China be the No 1. Contain and confront China are the US policy now. Uncertainty makes gold the most preference.

As global de-dollarisation effect and banking crisis go on, the dollar index moves down to 101.49. gold moves up to USD2021 per ounce. Gold price is above USD2000 is the trend.

Hard to collect at low price. Selling intention is low.

Soybean price goes up from USD1603 on 13May22 to USD1717 Today. It provides the CPO strong support above RM6000(RM6000=USD1363). The CPO price is lesser than soybean USD350 or 25% lesser than soybean.

Palm oil price is benefited from the strength of soybeans price and weakness of Malaysia Ringgit, RM against USD. The trading in soybeans is in USD whereas the Palm oil is in RM.
Cepat production of Jan,Feb & March in 2022 is obviously better than in Jan, Feb & Mar 2021. April onward until December, palm oil production is usually much higher than Jan-March. Since food shortage is so clear due to war in Urkraine&Russia., High Palm oil future is almost certain. Investment in palm oil is safe and profitable.

Remember TAANN was around RM3.00 & before giving dividend or 20cent, I highly recommended to buy TAANN but the price is hardly moving up. Now, even has given 20cent of dividend the share price is around RM5.00.
I think with proven financial result and pay dividend of 20cent, Petronm show will come.

Steel price is gradually going down. Buying steel counters need to hold for sometimes now. Hiaptek, AYS, Annjoo and Prestar are good steel counter but the profit of Hiaptek, AYS & Annjoo are going down. Only, Prestar can perform better. On the other hand, almost all palm oil stocks profit are significant better.
If you bought a lot of steel counters or other sector stocks, can consider to buy palm oil stocks to rebalance your portfolio.

If you compare Cepat with INNO, TSH, Bplant & MHC. Cepat earning per share is the best, and Cepat share price is the lowest. High potential to go up more.

CITA REALITI SDN. BHD. dumped 10,732,600 on 04FEB2022 via open market, price range on 04FEB2022 was 54.5cent to 50cent, BUT date of notice was 22FEB2022, price range on 22FEB2022 was 24.5cent to 31cent. This CITA REALITI SDN. BHD earns a lot shares if buys back the shares yesterday.
Price was stable yesterday. Starts to go up today. If the financial of BSLCORP is real, 30.5cent is undervalued.

35% profit of Latest quarter of HIGHTEC came from plantation due to higher yield and ASP of FFB. As ASP of FFB keep on increasing and repurchase of HIGHTEC share, Hightec share price should goes up.

In my opinion, most probably certain sharks use manipulation tactics. One party presses down the price and the other buys the stock. While ikan bilis are terrified and sell the stock. Buying rate is 59% but drop 11%. The manipulator buy the stock at much lower price.

Why drops more than 10% today? If no bad news, 38cent is really cheap.

Hightec is almost at its bottom price. Last quarter it's plantation segment contributed good result. Coming quarter will be better as its precision and trading business.

One thing observe in the steel company latest QR is that most of them has the concern of demand softening in Q4. Besides mostly reported negative free cash flow and cash level dwindling which should be due to high inventory. So may be this is the reason price is not moving at all despite good earning.

Exactly, higher inventory is not good for the steel companies esp the steel price is lower now.

Anyway, as long as the steel price is above 4000 CNY/T and can keep the receivables at healthy level, steel stocks earning is ok.

Choobee earning is really very good but very stingy in paying dividend. Latest 3 quarters financial result the total earning is 61cent but only pays 3 cent. Keeping a lot cash on hand.
