Still remembered I started to buy this counter on 24/2 at rm4.29 and dropped to about rm4.10 after 2 weeks. I still bought in for every 5cents down. Now, within half year , it was already achieved 10%.
so, don't worry. Even down >10 cents is normal as the share volume for retailers is less than 20%! Important is long term trend is up and dividend is better than FD.

Still confident that Alam will perform this year and this counter & SKP are forming at least 1/3 of my portfolio.

Any price down to rm1.52 is opportunity to accumulate more...

Still confident that ioipg will perform. There is one of the two property counters (another is mrcb) left after disposed Tambun/IJMLand/sunway/L&G started from 1st jan 14 till today.

Q at rm1.84 but look like not possible. This 2nd half will more focus on O&G and Construction. Will reduce stocks especially the property to reduce risk.

（吉隆坡26日讯）马资源（MRCB，1651，主板建筑股）通过收购额外的51%股权，完全控制檳城中环广场，分析员纷纷看好该收购活动，並给予「买进」投资评级。

持有51%股权

根据文告指出，马资源与资產投资公司（PelaburanHartanah）签署股权买卖协议，以总值5075万1000令吉，收购后者持有的檳城中环广场51%股权。

丰隆投行分析员指出，马资源目前拥有中环广场49%的股权，该项收购活动將在2014年9月份正式完成。在完成收购后，马资源將全面控制中环广场。

早在2007年开始，檳城中环广场已经被定为一项多元联运交通枢纽，以及各商业发展计划。

该发展计划主要是坐落在北海一带，共佔地23.3英亩，总发展价值（GDV）预计为20亿令吉。

分析员表示，其中5.24英亩的土地將作为该项目的第一阶段发展，总发展价值大5亿1200万令吉。

分析员对这起收购计划感到正面，马资源成功全面拥有中环广场的股权后，意味著它將可以全面控制该发展计划，以及全部的营收。

再者，分析员相信，5075万1000令吉的收购价是合理的，以该发展计划首阶段的总发展价值计算，该项目將为公司带来19.5%税后盈利赚幅，这也达到產业发展净利赚幅的20至25%之內。

分析员认为，新管理层將扭转马资源的运营表现，以及降低负债率。

因此，分析员给予该股「买进」投资评级和2.02令吉的目標价。

For me, if i think this counter can give me at least 10% within a year with low risk. I will start to accumulate gradually as i don't know when it is the bottom.

This year alone, Alam provided at least 3x dropped below rm1.50 then back to above rm1.60
So, it is an opportunity to accumulate as the fundamental of this stock should much better than previous day.

Take opportunity to accumulate more at rm1.52!
