Take opportunity to further accumulate MBL with current low price. Purchased of SGLSB which is situated in Tanah Merah (2nd city of Kelantan) at the price of RM2750mil for 789 hectares (RM35K per hectares) is quite reasonable.
Hopefully the dividend still can maintain >6% for coming year.

Recent downtrend may provide a good opportunity to accumulate. Expected strong support at rm1.75 As O&G is more and more active, this counter is good to monitor.

This new+renew (3+1) contacts are about 8% (2.3b)of present booked order (25.8b)!

Have full confident with SPK . This counter is highest weight in my portfolio!

Trust this counter can give me good bonus in near term. My expected tp is at least rm0.60 !

More good news from Puncak...
Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd secured a RM53.4 million Sarawak rural water supply project from the government.

Under the contract, Puncak Niaga will be responsible for the supply, jointing and laying of delivery and pumping pipelines, construction of three water reservoirs and three booster stations, besides the supply and installation of mechanical and electrical equipment.

CIMB Equities Research expects Puncak Niaga's share price to rally after announcing it accepted a RM1.6bil cash takeover offer for its two water concession assets.
“Regardless of whether there will be a valuation top-up in view of outstanding receivables, Puncak remains undervalued, as the cash offer is 22% above its market cap, and that without including its oil & gas business.
“We raise our sum-of-parts based target price to RM4.28 from RM3.21 as our discount reverts to the 20% (from 40%)

Had taken opportunity to accumulate Scomi at low (average about RM0.42) and now patience will a get a fruitful result. If more O&G and Infarastructure projects news will positive to Scomi. At the same time, hope S.Engineering can turnaround to breakeven.

I believe the important factor is performance of the company and doesn't matter it is under KLCC index or not. I regretted not holding IJMLand which i invested since Jun'13 and sold it too earlier at RM3.1x.
So patience will bring fruitful result for this counter.

I think price will up further when the Q result give a positive on profit and turnover on 24th Jun.

As i mentioned on 20th Jan(price was just rm0.135~rm0.14), this counter can be a black horse this year and quite regret that i just accumulated few lots only.

Outlook We understand Puncak Niaga is currently in the midst of discussions with the federal government (FG) and Selangor state government (SSG) to resolve the long-standing Selangor water consolidation issues.

We view that even if Puncak agreed on the previous offer price of RM1.56b equity value from SSG, it would make no difference if SPLASH’s shareholders i.e. Gamuda (OP; TP: RM5.50) and Sweet Water Alliance (SWA) reaffirm their decision to not accepting the SSG’s previous offer to SPLASH amounting to RM250m equity value. Recall, Gamuda (OP; TP: RM5.50) and SWA did not agree with SSG’s offer price of RM250m to SPLASH, deeming the offer price as extremely low (i.e. 0.1x PBV) for SPLASH.

On a flipside, if SPLASH agrees on SSG’s offer price or even better SSG/FG raises its offer price according to amount required by SPLASH, we will see a major re-rating on the WATER sector as a whole and we are likely to upgrade PUNCAK’s recommendation to OUTPERFORM with higher TP of RM3.99 from RM3.19 currently.
