Zelan , if lost arbitration what is the scenario but what is the scenerio if won arbitration: total receivable balance due is 181 mil , Drawbridge project completed in 5 year (june’19) , value 248 mil , assume balance payment 50 mil( completed as shown in newspapers), Suke project complete in 3 year (sept’19) ,value 257 mil, assume balance payment 85 mil. iium projected 2019 income is 78 mil effective from Dec 2018 . Total 2019 revenue is 394 mil.assume 2019 admin expenses and finance cost is 64 mil. profit is 330 mil. 2018 borrowing is 540 mil , iium project cost is 359 mil , 540-359 =181 mil, profit =330 -181 = 149 mil . If arbitration lost scenerio: total 2019 revenue is 394-181= 213 mil, profit = 213-64=149 mil. ( no allocation to reduce borrowing yet and arbitration penalty amount). Just a assumptions calculation.

Zelan clear last obstacle won meena arbitration on 31/7/19 award abt rm 300 million .iium project recurring income abt 75 mil per year over 17 year effective dec 2018 . Kuala terengganu drawbridge completed on end june'19 project value rm 248 mil. Suke project rm 257 mil schedule to be completed on sept 2019. Zelan is MMC sister company .mmc boss is Tun godson
