Arientec Global Bhd has received a letter of intention (LoI) from Pekanbaru Cybercity (PCC) in Riau, Indonesia, for the development of high-speed broadband (HSBB) network for US$10 million (RM32 million). PCC is a licenced Internet service provider for residential and office and the operator of SiakNet. SiakNet offers affordable, flexible pre-paid and post-paid Internet plans, as well as enterprise solutions for Indonesian customers. PCC intends to build, own and operate a HSBB network infrastructure in Pekanbaru Riau. PCC has built a 10km fibreoptic infrastructure and 30 wireless base stations across the Pekanbaru town which support up to 100Mbps HSBB from its starting base in Pekanbaru. PCC intends to roll out SiakNet services to serve the whole of Sumatera Island in Indonesia. Arientec has hired MDB Technologies (M) Sdn Bhd to help it undertake the roll-out works.

Further to the announcements dated 24 June 2013 in relation to the LOI and the Collaboration Agreement, the Board of AGB is pleased to announce that PCC has issued a letter of award (“the LOA”) dated 30 June 2013 to Ariantec Sdn Bhd (“ASB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of AGB for the proposed planning, design, supply, delivery, installation, testing, post-acceptance, commissioning, optional maintenance and support services (“works”) in respect of a high speed broadband network in Pekanbaru Riau Indonesia for a contractual sum of USD10 million (“Contract Sum”) (“Contract”).

2) Netx finance report only mention 3 core bussiness..no digital infrar installation segment .
3) GEM app as mentioned download but cannot get register...
4) Vasu time said partner with 2go Trading but google search address location not operating any more...now in june partner with 2go Tech..google search no info on 2go Tech..
5) seems like all fund raising money is burned or gone to left pocket right pocket..
6) 2019 revenue rm 10 mil ..loss rm18.3 mil..
