What is wrong with UEMS? I think their value is hyped by the vast landbank in Iskandar. The problem is Iskandar has lost the Wow factors and things are pretty bad over there now.

TP RM0.50 in 8 months time.

UEMS will not move pass RM1.05 in next three months.

All shares will rise if our goment takes the right action to rectify 1MDB, EPF, FGV & etc problems. Basically is mismanagement by goment. Is still not too late to correct what is wrong but that all depend on whether our ruling politicians have the will to make it happens or not.

@Calvin, for your info, when Iran sanction is lifted in 6 months time...there will be additional 1mil barrel per day going to flood the world market. Non of OPEC member is going to cut their output to maintain market share, hence it is unlikely oil price will move up because there will still be plenty of supply in market.

Iskandar will be another Putrajuta/ Cyberjaya. I forsee it will take at least 15 years for Iskandar to thrive. Looks like investor who bought this counter will be stuck for a very long time to come. Cry no tear.

My view is buy at around RM2.25/2.30 and sell at around RM2.48/2.55.
That's the Yo-yo pattern I have observed.

So for those who hasn't bought Armada share, what is the best strategy now?
