Armada business model is not sustainable.
FPSO sectors mainly depends get job in a much lower price. This will end up all projects will lose money in the end. In addition, the engineering capability is nothing compare to market leader.
CEO HB trusted management team are not sound and capable enough to support HB’s ambitious. Key personnel’s in the team have their own agenda in other close related company in India etc. they use armada as a platform to growing those company.
This team fail projects made armada profit keep drop for four quarters. These trends will continue. No surprise if see red in Q4 2014 or Q1 2015.
Finally, all report need pass audit. Play with account digital by postpone reporting loss will not last further.
In addition, Serious problem on OSV, T$I and too much rely on Russian in Caspian Sea area.
New business sector like Oil field service, Marginal field development so far no project at all. With PETRONAS cut CAPEX. These sectors confirm gone.
Armada indeed full of hidden problem. What will be the impact in final report 2014 after consider the engineering mistake, delay, cost overrun, penalty from client and etc. for armada Claire , armada sterling II cluster 7(C7) and etc.? Note armada still not able to come out a solution for C7 mooring under design issue. To make things worse, now the turret mooring system design problem cause hook up problem and damaged some part of system at offshore India. Its almost 2 months on site still cannot hook up.

This window dressing rebound consider come to an end.

Guys, HB never lose a single cent. His share was given free by BA, so nothing for him to loose. Anyway which ever New appointed CEO comes in he really needs to stick his head into the current FPSO Project operations in Singapore which is full piles of corruption shit, personal agenda and etc etc etc.

Make it short a few millionaires have been born in Singapore Project Team since 2010...bla bla bla...
