油气公司的糟糕时刻已经过去

油价持续上涨支撑令吉走强。上周五，油价报每桶74.64美元（292.59令吉），一年前则低于每桶47.15美元。值得注意的是，目前的油价甚至高于大马2018年财政预算案中预计的平均每桶52美元。

尽管业界专家对当前油价的可持续性持谨慎态度，但许多人认为石油与天然气行业已走出低谷。

冯廷秀表示，油气行业的减值周期已经处于高峰期，表明最坏情况已经结束。

尽管市场对油气公司寄予厚望，希望它们在原油价格上涨和合约流入增加的情况下取得更好的业绩，但它们尚未实现这一期望。

冯廷秀说：“有一大堆资产是在周期低端时打造的，这些资产正在争夺工程，而且基于有太多闲置资产的缘故，它们仍然获得相对较差的租赁和合同费率。这导致上市油气公司很难取得强劲的盈利增长。”

Mohd Redza认为，亏钱的沙布拉能源（Sapura Energy Bhd）的糟糕时刻已经过去，并预计该集团在截至2019年1月31日止财年转亏为盈。2017年5月2日，该股报2.02令吉。过去一年，其股价大跌了66.6%，至上周五以67.5仙挂收。其市值在这段时期蒸发了80.5亿令吉。

尽管如此，他谨慎看待来自中东如伊朗核协议可能发生的变化，对油气行业造成的风险，并说：“如果有计划以友好的方式解决伊朗问题，那么我们将看到更稳定的油价。”

Mohd Redza认为，俄罗斯的进口供应，将导致油价游走于每桶60至65美元之间。

刘松增也积极看待油气业的复苏，并指380-cst燃料油的现金溢价飙升至去年5月以来的最高点，这表明需求激增。
