until the operator cannot accumulate reasonable amount of shares,,,,

if epf is buying, there is really no panic on the restructuring, epf sold sapnrg before announcement. not like that happening here but the poor market conditions has formed the perfect storm for them to sell down the shares. oil drop, debt issue, country economics.

look at the volume now, there is hardly retail participation..428k .buying has to come from institutions. retail avoided like the plague.
so if the operator tries to crash it again, up to institutions to pick it up namely epf

they might create panic again....throwing down in volume...

could be hedge funds , AK , epf, kwap, etc
