New shareholders comprise of 2, one has given up hope and disposed his shares recklessly like no tomorrow.
The other or interested parties take opportunity to buy it up at the lowest possible price.
Now, it is in uptrend.
Just hope they will fight for controlling interest.
Or hope like former co of Eco world..... Focal Aim...

It is most suitable for takeover target.

If my memory serves me right, Cp Teh has more than 7 years experience in bursa. Instead of follow Tiam Tiam Boo, just Follow KC Chong's write up (need not to enrolled as online student) in last couple of years in I3 investors, I believe he should be able to make some money. He further claim to be a teacher teaching technical stock trading. You can see he always disclaiming himself by saying not knowing the FA of companies he is trading. It shows he focus more on movement of share prices rather than FA.

Cp Teh - his 2 articles posted in I3 today contradict each other. It shows his mind in a state of confusing
Article 1 mentioned Value investing. Article 2 mentioned cut loss.
- for value investing, where do we need to cut loss, buy action starts with margin of safety and if the price goes lower buy even more .

-for cut loss, means trading plan with entry price, target price and cut loss.

-the greatest player in Malaysia , someone vastly richer than KYY , told me.....the way to play the stock market is to charge first when you see people charging ......eat shit if you see people want to eat shit.....and charge out when it is time to charge out.

Paperplane2016, as an investment co, you can't charge much expenses for investment activity. Inland Revenue definitely will not allow it especially the expenses highlighted by you.
Just imagine if you make dividend + capital gain of a million yearly, you are subjected to 25% tax and Inand Revenue may query your unnecessary expenses?
You may end up slow down compounding your capital growth.
A smart move for personal investment is to do ipersonally n quietly.

Directors said cash must conserve in the company for potential investment opportunity.I think as for as listed company is concerned , if opportunity has arise, the directors can always call right issues, why bother to keep so much cash in hand?
Further, do you notice directors fees in past 5 years has keep rising from merely $2m p.a to more than $10 lately.
cash is conserved to serve the family of directors as the growth rate of the company is not as fast as the growth rate of directors fees.
I did raise this question during previous few yrs AGM. Directors just ignore.
Moreover, The directors did burn the Tax CRedit avaiable of around $100m for not fully utilising it and just let it lapse.

One of the most important criteria is the tax problem.
If you invest via fund management co, capital gain for holding investment in short term and medium term will be subject to normal business tax rate. I. e 25% in addition of your dividend received.
2nd, a lot of paper recoding and accounts keeping works are involved and maintenance cost of the company which subject to audit as well as filing work which is not necessary for individual but fund management co is unavoidable.
3rd, unless you can form a boutique fund house with funds contributed by friends or relatives but that require an operating license from SC if I am not mistaken. Then, cost incurred can be shoulders among investors.
4th, for personal investment, why take the trouble?

This co has increased its factories in various locations in Malaysia and Southern Thailand.But can't generate much revenue for last 5 yrs. Year in year out, its revenue range from $360m to $400m. No major surge in revenue, where can it generates profit.

So many MOU Signed for last few weeks, merely training skill workers mostly Bumiputra in hope of getting orders from these so called new skill workers. However, if Election is held in next year, where can get order as government run out of money after election.

Cimb and Uobkayhian coincidentally advise traders to take positioning this stock with target price range between $1.68 to$1.81
They pointed out this stock has strong uptrend with higher high and higher low.
It's RSi, MACD and all MA have show positive sign of resuming uptrend.
DMI also start crossing meaning strong uptrend.

The quarterly reports lodged by listed companies in Bursa is more complicated in the sense that it has to provide reasons for variance between current quarter and previous quarter , current quarter and same quarter previous year.
At least the format of yearly budget presentation must par with that of bursa.
