The next chapter of Nexgram whether it is getting better or getting worst should be reflected in the next quarter reports (QR to be announced end of Disember).

This is my stand only. Others can differ.

REPOSTING:
I think the most problematic issue concerning the lag of Nexgram share price appreciation should be the lack of trust in the company by bilis investors and the operator.

From the past, Nexgram always showed the bad management of the company's project. Ventured in many projects, some of it was a big project but the projects cannot be materialised or unprofitable and its also involved in fraud case. It is hard to earn a trust from others.

For me, forgone the past as the new management had shown more reliable and progressing results.

REPOSTING:
I think some of the previous problems have been resolved such as disposal of unprofitable property (a building) to settle bank borrowing, clearing certain amount of debts by settling with ICPS and clearing the bad investment by disposing investment property, bad debt written off, fair value loss on investment, impairment on goodwill and write-off of land held for property development (based on last QR).

I think its balance sheet should be in better condition than before.

Many new biz such as the Gua Musang Highway contract, the healthcare business and the profitable logistics business will help the company to be in black again.

Look at these examples, it's not fair for individual/analyst to set the reasonable price for certain stocks.
It is the market who absolutely can determine the share price. Some stocks with a low reasonable price set by a banker/analyst some times can be traded at a big premium from the said reasonable price.
