Kalau nak dispose di pasaran terbuka, nanya pelabur runcit nak cover saham yang banyak jika di dispose dalam blok saham yang besar.

Share untuk Hj Mazru saya kurang risau sangat sebab andaian saya dia orang dalam dan mungkin pegang share untuk menjadi pemegang saham major dalam syarikat.

Nexgram okaylah juga dari segi cari projek. Walaupun construction baru di diversify, ada juga dapat projek. Satu lagi dia inovatif juga cari peluang bidang health care sempena covid-19. Antara coy yang terawal menceburi bidang ini sempena covid-19. Itulah dok cari-cari sebab mengapa share tak boleh naik setanding share coy lain.

@David Coperfield. Just my opinion concerning the problem which has been the subject to be ask by me and some forummers.

The disposal of big bulk shares by Ozura is the main obstacles for Nexgram share price to shoot up. Ozura is a company which was the creditor of Nexgram before it was given the right to subscribe a big amount of ICPS. The coy never want to be the substantial share holder of Nexgram. It has to dispose the shares into cash which was needed by the company.

My theories or assumptions are:
1. The disposal of shares in bulks will dampen the share price.
2. The Operator needs to control the price of the coy to make sure the disposal activities to be a
success.
3. I think, parts of the operators should be the big guys/sharks. They intend to get more shares
at lower price.
4. They are not going to let the price shoot up until they get enough shares. Furthermore the act to
push share price will be more difficult if the process of share disposal is still in progress.

My conclusion is, one of the problems with Nexgram share price not following the market trend or moves in line with their positive announcement is this share disposal soap drama. We suppose have to wait for this problem be settled and later hope the sharks will helps to fry the coy,s share price.

I'm waiting for the emergence of a new substantial shareholder into Nexgram. Just guessing.

Its okay with bloomberg, but I think some of WSJ information has been misleading, especially about what has been discussed yesterday. The information given at simplywall.st also can be refer as more accurate.

RM25, 000, 000 debt (current liabilities) yang dia kira tak termasuk non currents liabilities berjumlah RM4.7 juta. Kiraan saya jumlah hutang = RM30.1 juta. Pengiraan cash to debt ratio saya berdasarkan jumlah hutang RM30.1 juta.

Walau apa pun nice article dan debt to equity ratio yang dikira adalah lebih rendah iaitu 7.5 % dan reliable berbanding dengan laporan WSJ yang diquote oleh rakan kita.

Tak pasti lah azmanizam. Kepercayaan saya sekadar andaian jika bisnes Covid-19 yang mula diceburi semenjak 15 Mac 2020 (berdasarkan maklumat dalam http://nexgram.co/) telah mendatangkan revenue atau tidak. Kalau ya, saya jangka boleh membantu kebolehuntungan coy untuk QR yang akan dilaporkan. Kalau tidak, andaian dan kepercayaan saya salah.

@JuliusCeaser. Form last QR, total cash = RM18, 540, 353 and Net liabilities = RM30, 190, 322. Therefore the Cash to debt ratio is 0.614 or 61.4%.

Net liabilities = RM30, 190, 322 and net equity = RM156, 681, 866. Therefore the Total debt to equity should be 19.3%, not 47.12 %.

Maybe the figures given by WSJ was taken from older quarter reports.

After all. Nexgram is fundamentally more positive.

Nexgram's FS based on last QR. Total current liabilities down from RM99,185,637 to RM25,466,735 and Cash (FD + bank ball) almost 19, 000, 000.
