Stellsr results! 3.8 dividend for latest QR is hardly anything to be alarmed about.

Supermax is doing all the right things by investing and building a sustainable future and, in a structured manner too.

I guess more attractive dividends will have to come later. The here and now is to diversify its business and establish its global footprint.

That will take the pressure off the constant argument of weaker glove demands, languishing ASPs, etc courtesy of glovefinish, cofin, runners

Is share buyback better than purchase by foreign fund?

I personally think purchase by FF is better than SBB as that money could have been used to reinvest in the business.
HOWEVER, in this instance, SBB is the absolute right thing to do as it will make it harder for shorties to procure additional shares to conduct their RSS and subsequently having to repurchase them at a premium to cover their short position. Shorties being squeezed both end.

Time is ticking and they will need to buy them all back to avoid QR surprises that Stanley has in store for his investors.
