“RWLV saw its Q3 EBITDA (USD 18Mil) decline by 51.4% q-o-q vs 3Q22 (USD 37Mil), impacted by lower hotel occupancy.
In a note, Nomura analysts said RWLV’s EBITDA remains below expectations - “especially as we estimate RWLV also has quarterly interest charges of USD 25Mil and depreciation charges of USD 60Mil which will drag EBITDA into losses at the net income level.”
