xxxx, must agree with you that we must buy on rumors and sell on news. But my view is that it's only applicable to those counters like rumor on award of eg, GST contract. Sorry, no offense to others, I dont meant any specific counter here. I trust that Hohup management is getting serious about their biz, upliftment is rather eminent for their current projects, than cooking their stock price. Their need for the upliftment is primarily for abovementioned purpose, price cooking up is surplus point, I must admit that, I'm coming for that surplus point.

xxxx, the rationale behind why price appreciation should happen when upliftment occurs is simply punting on the possible limit up upon upliftment. Upliftment could possibly spur fresh buying interest from funds, please take note that Hohup is used to be a shinning star in KLSE before their loss in oversea venture which ended up in PN17.
In fact I don't think there shall be any material huge profit boost in near term, however the future prospect of this company remains attractive with it's JV with malton for Pavillion II.
However, I also would like learn more about your view on why the price should remain or go lower once upliftment occur. Thanks if you are willing to share. =D

If not wrong usually PN17 counters have a monthly announcement on regularisation plan on 1st day of each month right? Since now is end of April, so I think should be pretty soon.

ecwh, another member in i3 taught me that sell/buy queues are just smoke screen.
His statement is valid, if those people really desperate to sell, they wont just put the queue there, they would have been done it since long time ago.
Queues can lie, charts wont. Reading charts is an art, but it's also like scientifically doing a post-mortem after a trading day. Just my 2 cents opinion.

matrixcool, actually it's pretty simple, don't really need an hourly or 15 min chart to do so, just connect the highs of individual candles to form the temporary downtrend line during a pullback, the hourly chart is useful if u want to see if the price is trading close to 200ma of hourly chart.
Some faster counter can rebound near 15min 200ma instead of hourly 200ma.
Just bought hevea and hohup today morning only, dont have much money left then.
For example hohup, if u use stickly line connect high of candles 12/3 and 14/4, we can see it broken out of this downtrend line on 21 april. So that signals to me that East wind has come.
At the same time, I picked hohup also because my broker house has been recommending it twice since two months ago on monthly stockpicks with tp 2.05 (can consider as margin of safety or not? Now I sounds more like a salesman ==), so I dare dare average up, hopefully I wont die kau kau this time.
