Traders may want to wait for the line to touch the 20% or below so the Q now at 1.2+. Investor had started BUY when the line is going down to 20% line, and they will buy more when the price are at resistance position below 20% line, they buy more to average it down. However, when there is a REBOUND before/at 20% line, Both Traders & Investors will BUY. This will definately back to your own TP, means; what is your TP for JCY.
