CIMB FTSE China 50 reported unaudited financial results for the quarter ended Sep. 30, 2014. For the quarter, the company reported total investment income of MYR 426,924 against MYR 4,514,343 for the same period of last year. Profit before taxation was MYR 396,317 against MYR 4,423,913 for the same period of last year. Profit after taxation and total comprehensive income for the financial period was MYR 379,794 against MYR 4,402,292 for the same period of last year. NAV per unit was MYR 1.0212 against MYR 0.9822 for the same period of last year. Net cash generated from operating activities was MYR 23,343 against outflow of MYR 5,735,922 for the same period of last year.

Daniel, I think you are right. but logically, the reported EPS for Narra is 0.23. So the PE has to be at least 17.3 for it to be at 4.00. I see people convert, but don't quite understand. Can you elaborate why you are so confident? New plant as you said may be operational end 2016, this won't help near term EPS. ?

drsamscope, For each Inari right issue, it will attach a free warrant. You can convert this to mother share when you pay 2.00. Expire in 5 years. So within 5 years, you can convert this to mother share when you pay 2.00. So if you keep the warrant for 3 years, and say Inari shares becomes 15.00; you still only have to pay 2.00 to convert it to mother share.

drsamscope, rights issue; Inari has confirmed that for every 8 shares you own, you are entitled to one right issue at 1.50. This means that you are able to "buy" the mother share at 1.50. ; example: the mother share is 3.10, you profit because you only have to pay 1.50. But the stock market adjust the dilution. So after that the share will be lower than 3.10.

Thank you Daniel. I have also converted much of HLi to Inari. This will be much faster in gain, including rights issue and free warrant. Inari is a key supplier to a main US Apple supplier; Avago Technology. Will convert more HLi to Narra Monday. Maybe the Narra downtrend will continue for another day or two. And may be HLi will strengthen again by Monday.

Daniel, do you have reports on Narra? You know that Narra has more potential, second production line in preparation etc, but I wish to read the report if available. Thanks.
