The tax regime which applies to exploration for, and production of, oil and gas in the UK, and is thus
applicable to Anasuria Hibiscus UK, currently comprises of ring fence corporation tax and a
supplementary charge. The current rates of tax for ring fence corporation tax and supplementary
charge are set at 30% and 10% respectively. Note that any investments in capital expenditures made
are deductible from both taxes mentioned above in the same financial year they are incurred. In the
