Nobody is saying the Saudi's plan is a long term one that will last 10 to 20 years but for 2 to 3 years but I reckon the impact will be felt maybe for at least 5 years.

Due to oil producers continue to pump despite the glut oil inventory probably has built up to 2 or 3 times annual consumption that means even if everyone stop to produce any oil from now it will still 2 to 3 years to use up current inventory.. so how can oil prices go up??

As a warrant price moves in tandem with the mother shares, volume only becomes a concern to you when the issuer has fully sold out its shares.
