ETI will delisted within 6 months period if not able to provide financial report

ETI科技全球運輸或停牌

（吉隆坡1日訊）ETI科技（ETITECH,0118,主板科技組）及全球運輸（GLOBALC,7242,主板貿服組）分別因無法按時提呈財報及年報，而面對停牌風險。

ETI科技發表文告指出，鑒於脫售非直接獨資子公司須重新歸類資產，因此無法在6月30日前提呈截至2月28日經審核財報。

該公司預期能最遲在7月8日提交財報，否則將面對停牌厄運，而若無法在6個月內提呈財報，則可能遭除牌。

至於全球運輸也發表文告指出，無法在6月30日前提呈截至2012年12月31日止年報，主要是因為稽查師Messr SJGrant Thornton延遲發出財報。

該公司將最遲在7月5日提呈年報，否則同樣可能被勒令停牌。（ 星洲日報／財經）
