Trust My Intuition ... absolutely good value at prices below 16.30 (16.22-16.28 will be fantastic entry prices to accumulate as impossible to predict the absolute Low).

Believe me ... Trust My Intuition. Those who buy in now at current 5 level will reap the good rewards in due course :-)

As highlighted earlier, it was a window of opportunity for Ikan Bilis to take profit at > 1.40 level. The stock can trend higher but certainly not at the immediate period and high possibility that there will be ample opportunities to re-enter at much lower and less risky level as no dividend declared in the latest QR. In addition, low take up rate and late/delayed completion for their overseas property projects.

Cash flow is good as Q3 affected by various factors as highlighted in the QR3. Q4 2019 expected to be much better that Q4 2018. Trust Your Intuition as Value Buy at current price level of 5 before it head towards 6 level.

Just Buy ... Trust Your Intuition :-) At current entry price, definitely good dividend yield and high likelihood of healthy capital gain too.

Happily “bottom fishing” :-) Nothing Venture Nothing Gain. Time & Tide wait for no man. Dividend yield/PE fantastic at current level.

Value Buy @ 16.24-16.28. Position initiated and will average and accumulate further at such depressed price level.

All these “thugs/terrorist” should be given criminal records. The HK students and their parents better realised that they are no longer employable once with a criminal records before it is too late. No employers (even prestigious Multi-National Firms/Companies) will employ such “thugs/terrorist”. They should stop all these violence now. Only peaceful protests acceptable. A wreck economy will affect the livelihood of innocent people.

Enough warnings have been given. This is no longer peaceful “democracy protest“ as arrows and Petrol bombs have been used and the “protesters” are not even respecting/hurting others with differing views. If HK police still unable to quell the violence. PLA should move in.aggressively before public services( ie. hospitals etc.) get affected and innocent people lives and livelihood are affected. Otherwise, it will be too late and HK will not recover economically.

KWAP have direct (11%) and indirect interest (3%) of ~ 14% Shareholdings in SKP based on their Bursa Announcements. The indirect holdings are being held and managed by KWAP independent Fund Managers and they have a free reign to Buy or Sell.

Immediate term outlook remains unexciting. Daintree Residences (launched last year) in Singapore take up rate remains very weak at below 20%, which does not augurs well for a property project as penalties for unsold units upon TOP (CF) high based on property rules in Singapore & Brexit risks and impact on BSP, UK Phases 2 & 3.

Equities risk premium still way too high due to the protracted US-China trade war that remains deadlocked. Agreed that we, Ikan Bilis, should take profit, whenever possible.

LoL ! All the three companies (SP Setia, ABMB & SimeProp) that got kicked out of MSCI Global Index ... their share prices spiking up :-)
