If you read newspaper, they start playing story of abuse, inefficiency in Petrol /Diesel subsidies. They want to create awareness to the public before they implement it. Govt predictable, share price difficult ha ha ha!

RHB research is correct, temporary blip in their Q1 result by 15% due to delay in contract renewal.

15-20% under or better then forecast is normal in quartely reporting. I bet if Dsonic or other stock doing better then forecast by 15% in quartely reporting, you won't see any price movement (price increase)

Nothing to worry, as Dsonic are not doing retails biz, all their biz is base on secured contract & payment. If they miss delivery of card in 1st quarter they will forward it in 2nd quarter. Just a matter of accounting, they can't back dated their invoices. But you will see significant improvement in Q2.

Govt biz, is not easy, lot of red tapes in between govt dept i.e Jpn, Kdn,Mof, PM office etc, and that time consuming.

They got to deliver 4M new Mycard. Petrol card is big JV project, i.e its not one time supply but managing few millions transaction in a week; my estimate 200M a mth.

Before that another big telco project is coming.

In time of difficult, it help to know what going on.

It will trade within this band, market are not bullish at the moment, so even with good news it will not move much. Same like other counter, look at Westport after 9mths it only start moving from RM2.50 to RM2.85 recently.

No major shareholder or directors dispose, the volume so thin; meaning nobody want to sell at this price. Of cause there are few people who have to sell; need of money, the rest are some small trader force selling.

I seen the company capability in securing big contract, mostly govt. related, innovative, good connection and smart mover. I seen many other like Iris, Hi tech, Myeg but none like Dsonic. So I will continue my investment here. hi hi.

That right they are not limited RON 95. They have better way, cause RON 95 also need to subsidies.

my reading is there are some force selling. Don't worry, it about to finish. It will not slide much, cause there are not much volume for last 3 days. Probably close will better.

Size of ticket refer to avg amt per transaction, cause every transaction got cost, like ur credit card. So this not just supply card but managing few hundred million transaction in a week.

Govt cannot tahan already, surely they will implement this asap.

5sen extream, more likely 10sen or more cause I think the ticket size is RM30 for every transaction.
Say 10sen will be RM240M a year, additional x2 of existing RM93M co profit.

Do you know there are 50M vehicle in Malaysia? On average people like you and me go fill up once s week. Now we have 200M transactions. Say each transaction earn them 5sen, (just 5sen profit) then they have about RM10M a mth x 12mth = RM120M a year profit.

In between my mtg. CAsanji. Look at their latest Audit report, Majority share with Directors and 30 biggest shareholder. In fact they increase their shareholding.

I don't think there is a big shark, I think what we have is normal market sentiment, look at Nasdaq tech stock, they have a volitale April as well. and of cause couple with rumour etc. I can assure you 90% people give tips here are not true.

People don't know the impact of petrol card, cause they do not know the details. It big, as big as Mycard, long term, and very good biz model. Because of this, I say it before it will double the price.
