Dato Wan, ex KDN/JPN with good networking, well verse with govt systems. Intergrity.

Mr. Chew visionary, smart, excellent marketing and networking, good guy and always fair in every deal. Because of this he always win, he fair to customer , not to slaughter govt.

Half of Director is ex- govt servant and they have dozens of influential advisor to deliver their services. It very complex and it not easy to deal with govt. jobs. So they are like MU, keep buying the best player to keep competition at bay.

Last month, they willing to buy at RM4, 4.80, now at RM2.80 they said expensive, P.E high lah etc, They did not say Myeg expensive at P.E. 40. After all their GST biz model are not very lucrative.

Currently Dsonic trading at P.E 23, and has been drop as much as 43% from peak. You won't be so wrong, in this bulls market.

They also in telecommunication, Beside that they have about 5 or 6 local banks as their client.

This co only bid for RM50M and above project, they like SP Setia level, they wont go for small biz, if they do like CCTV that because they have strategic plan, think? I know.

They are in Hospital project, passport, security docs, ic, transportation, military, f.worker, etc. All related to govt IT.

Their next biggest project is petrol card

PO, The mycard is their anchor. They will continue to supply to govt for next 10yr at least. Mycard is critical govt infra, it big system, everybody depend on them i.e Bank, police, etc, and they(govt) won't dare to mess with it. All systems; hardware n software is their and only work well with their system and card. Further govt won't simply change and waste their investment. Last time Iris handle for 12 years.

Every 2 years, govt will order 10M cards and that will give them RM100M profit per annum.

I am in govt IT biz, currently only few co are in, forefront of govt IT biz. Hi tech padu, Myeg and Dsonic, (heavyweight). They do not try to cross each other.

They co is very progressive, visionary and excellent biz contact. The problems is, a lot of expectation from them. Investor looking for magic; every week looking for good news etc. No wonder #1 Trending.

They are nothing wrong with the number or the biz, but facts and figure are not the only determine factor of share price. Human behaviour, psych. regulatory, market conditions, and other external factor are the contributing factors.

The events was coincident, one of another. With TA guy and later CIMB internal policy. Not only Dsonic, few other counter also affected with ; CIMB lower their capping. But Dsonic suffer today, cause quite a bit investor caught at RM4 plus. Their sell down is over, today.

The directors still net buyer. The talk of director sell thru wife etc is rubbish, they do not know the law. You see they can't do it, they have to report it, if they sell thru wife, children etc.

Each bank can hold certain % of share as part of their risk mgt. I think CIMB can hold abt 20M share the most. I think the sales will end today. It will stop around 23-25M trading volume. The fundemental still intact it will rebound. As unclez said it gearing is low.
