Sure, we need to be cautious, but Scope is clearly a proper expanding company, just hired few hundred to cope with expansion, and after using up available space in current factory, must build new one to cope with the demand. So I'm very happy to have invested and let the company's experts do their work, and everyone get rewarded later!

It just does not make sense to me to sell below 1.05, the ex price. Maybe some ppl see their shares increased by 5 times, then want to sell some, but if you want to sell even less than 1, why not sell last Friday at 5.25?

From bursa announcement 21 May: "No. of shares issued under this corporate proposal =92,438,528."
I suppose this means about 20mil ESOS options have yet to be exercised, correct?

2. ".....the recognition of 2,861,936,149 Warrants B at the theoretical fair value of RM0.027 per Warrant B as extracted from Bloomberg as at the LPD"
How Bloomberg obtain the value 2.7sen?

If I understand correctly, the list price of warrant= Share's theoretical ex price-Warrant's exercise price, so if Kanger's ex-price=6sen and warrant's exercise price=5sen, then warrant's list price=6-5=1sen....correct? Does Bloomberg expect the warrant's price will go from 1sen to 2.5-3sen soon after listing?

Oh, just want to clarify about my claim nobody sane want to buy warrant now and pay another 2.30 to convert. This claim may not apply to huge investor! Eg. Inventec bought millions of OR at 4.5 Sen from company bosses, although open market was selling at lower price. Buying or selling huge volumes in open market changes price too much!

Reminded of two key points: 1) 19% discount to the condo block with all the selling points, ie. as judged by the management, this is an excellent deal and the boss has committed 20mil, and will borrow from bank if RI not able to raise the money needed. (But i think it will be able to). The condo will be ready by 2026. By then Genting should be open... 2) The lowest Kanger share price was 4sen.....so loss is 33%max in a sense....). From the Circular: The diversification to construction will be a 25% weightage and company has already secured 6 projects worth ~500mil.

For me, seems worth to subscribe to the RI, and dah mula sikit-sikit simpan bullets, haha....

Brusacasino Your calculation has an error because you get 3 warrants for 10 share, so it's 2.16-.305*3/10=2.0685,yup still lose money if you bought at 2.16

If someone starts to buy 45mil mother shares from open market, will it not drive the price up to more than 2.60? Yesterday, total trade volume about 4 mil only. My calculation: 0.3x=174mil warrants, so total mother shares now x=580mil, so enlarged share base (assuming full subscription)=580+174=754mil, so 45mil is 6%. Please check...might have missed some details.

Some Group wants to be major share holder by getting 45mil warrants, more than 5% enlarged total shares? If so, will this groups be willing to pay more that 2.30+0.305=2.605 per share? If so, then wait until tomorrow before selling your precious warrants! For me, i just take the risk and wait until tomorrow......

With more variants, the covid will be around for a long time as it evolves into an endemic In fact, Singapore is planning it's defence along that endemic direction.
