It depend who collect the company's share, if the share collector like fund house "Prudential plc", then the share will downside but if the collector like private banker "Citigroup", then it will high fly like rocket.... it is obvious shown on PRGL stock.

I'm sure that the lion mall will be revaluation more , as the subway M2 will be open on 3Q of this year and also there will be more commercial building and 5 stars hotel build in there. Most people in that areas were mid-class and willing to spend. Also Parkson become lessor for lion mall, the only thing need to concern is attract more famous brand to enter.

No one blame for lossing money to buy "parkson's share" but don't know why someone have very big impact or reaction for those already bought it. I only can say, I really agree upon, he may have mental problem.

Don't be so sure for Parkson is sunset, as WC really don't want to continuous run Parkson, he can announce to sell all the PRGL to second major shareholder "GOLDEN EAGLE" with reasonable price... also he can alliance with "Alibaba to do O2O in Malaysia.. as Parkson still one of the biggest shopping mall proportion in the Malaysia's market... it depends how he treat on it.

PRGL's management make a smart move... they pay for the mid-year dividend instead of final dividend .. so they have fast money coming back and also the uncertainly of ex-change for RMB as they need to ex-change the money into HKD to paid out the dividend.

Strong USD = Strong HKD.. therefore they need to pay out fast.

With big impact bad news will effect the share drop back to 0.61 again..
History told u.. you never know the bottom and peak of the share price...

It's more important the management of PRGL pay out the dividend to shareholders to turn the PE to positive side, on the other hand, if not pay any dividend, PHD will not have any real money to keep the liquidity to run the company since it only refer paper profit for the financial report of PHD

It happened last year, when the time they sold the shares, the share price start to drop until record low...but this time a little different .. other side around.

If the management smart enough, it should pay out at least 0.01 sen for PRGL in order to make the P/E ratio to positive position. It only cost around 20 millions total for total payout for the shares issued and also PHD can book extraordinary revenue for dividend.

You may mess up with your dream and reality, Reach RM 6 is past tense, recently the company have structural problem, the business is bleeding and losing the reserve earn from previous years. If the company continuous to losing, it will end up delist and liquidation.

PHD just holding company, it's financial report consolidate PRA , PRGL and it's own business report, if PRA and itself keeping losing money then the share price will reflect as negative. gain on disposal of asset only for PRGL and so on PHD but one thing you need to consider is that it only paid out dividend for PRGL shareholders and not for PHD shareholders. Of course you can say that PHD held PRGL 56.7% shares, therefore the dividend paid for PHD will book for dividend revenue for PHD financial report to cover the loss from PRA and PHD itself.

Rebound back and pull back down to record low for PRA.... it really cheat minor shareholders...

So don't dream about PHD..... it may drop to 50 sens... it could be if WC have bet option with fund manager ... I dare it will hit that .....

For dividend pay is not for PHD... only for PRGL... it get big trouble for PRA to pull down PHD share price... the share price for PRA is 0.105..... it should have shocking loss for that region of department stores....
