It is non sense for William Cheng get to privatising Parkson, he is running out of cash and the big problem is the currencies uncertainly for all asia countries to decrease the profit margin for Parkson to stop bleeding. This time "ks55 is right, WC used buy back this trick for PRGL, he bought back the share from HK$2.3 down to HK$0.86 then stopped and the share still went down to record low HK$0.61.

Everyone knew "WC" is run out of money for every sector of his business, he is too selfish and greedy, he want to keep all his empire's companies and not willing to sell any of it.
