To tell you the truth, when I want to register my baby boy this name last few years back as —-> Jholo, my wife and my parents scolded me for one week.
They said I will give my son no future by registering him with Jholo as his name.
So last last I registered my son name as Johnny.
I tell you all, very hard for Malaysian to get high position nowadays because of 1mdb fiasco. Malaysian name has to prove his or her trustworthiness first before being given the trust.

It is a total opposite. They make up FRAUD PROFIT, BILLIONS of PROFIT.
And once it is formalised that it is FRAUD, the directors will charged and jailed.

Alot people complained that kpmg had been auditor for Serba Dinamik Company for 7 long years, why only highlight these discrepancies instead of revealing it earlier leh ??

According to raider, 009 investigation team, the latest year is where serba conditions has being blown out of proportion, for example

1. Debts is the highest
2. Inventories is the highest
3. Debtors is the highest
4. negative cashflow is the highest.
5. Assets is the highest
6. Cash holdings depleted despite big placement

Thus these triggered red flags that require to do very intensive & through plus comprehensive audit test & control. The audit findings had review serba had failed with discrepancies, weaknesses and risk management issue mah!

That is reasons why kpmg bring out this year bcos the doubtfulness had grown tremendously
