From 2.3 bil share increase to 3.2 bil via PP. who you think is behind the game? LSE already gain control of the company. How they did it? My guessing is after they dispose their share on hand, the money was use to buy back PP share. Then channel out the money back to themselve. After that do another round of PP. then channel back the money back to themselve. Keep rotating and during 2020 alone already gain back 30% holding. Now they want to did another round 20%. In total they will have gain 50% holding. And all these by rotating the PP process. One of the evidence is the cashflow in conpany remain low even after so many round of PP. where the money goes to? This is my guessing. If this is true, no way we can kick them out. Only hope they run the company well after regain control. But with so big share base, very hard for the share to move up. So sad.

If the boss keep diluting our holding. We will be the losser at the end. Compare to 2019. Our holding already dilute 30%, and moving forward will further dilute another 20%. In 2019 Total share issue 2.3bil. As at today already 3.2bil very much diluted. I believe previuos PP already give general lee enough holding to control knm. He may not hold the share under his name. Therefore is very hard to vote him out now. He keep on doing PP to continue diluting the share price. If he successful further dilute another 20% means total share may hit 4bil. Till then, it will be very hard for knm share price to move up. He has full control of knm.

SD perform very well for the past few years. No doubt it is much recommended for long-term investment. However it is very obviously that the latest financial results showing very unreasonable balance which is not in usual business norm. Why?

SD allow customer to owe them 1.8bil and yet settle all supplier payment.
SD had inventories on hand 1.6bil and yet settle all supplier payment.

How they pay supplier? With debt, they had raise debt up to 4bil.

Doubt arises,
- Why pay supplier without collect from customer?
- Who are these supplier?
- Why borrow to pay supplier?
- Are these customer going to pay SD? KPMG is verifying these customer.
- Why the inventories amount so high? KPMG is verifying these items
- One item is confirm, Debt 4bil is oblige to settle.

It is also notice that cash balance keep reducing even profit keep rising, debt also rising. We also don't see any huge rise in PPE value. Where did the all cash gone to? Don't forget recently 2 PP take place give another 1bil cash to the company. So where the cash gone to?

This is not Normal, after 2 PP and yet debt still 4bil. Where the PP 1bil cash gone? Thinks logically...Don't fall into this big trap.
