the demand of glove will not slow down until 2023. The unknown factor that will affect the ASP is supply of glove. For new comer, most of them can only start supply end 2021. Most china factory not producing latex glove i guess.

From 2019-2021 private placement raise about 200mil and yet cash balance not improving. What happen? Profit earn from 2019-2021 go where? Balance Sheet wise not seeing any improvement.

Yes, is confirmed 3rd jun 2019. The private placement completed, and subsequently no update on the utilisation of the fund spend on upgrading the ethanol plant. So is it possible that knm spend the money to somewhere else? This is not ethically done.

I remember knm previously call 10% private placement to expand ethanol from 200l to 500l capacity. The money end up going some where and the upgrade didn’t take place.

Next year 2022, i still believe supermax will earn around total 2bil profit. So plus 2021 6bil = 8 bil profit in the pocket. Yesr 2023 onwards will depends on pandamic situation and asp post pandemic. Base on this projection, i believe supermax will still be attractive in longrun because company will be having high cash reserve post pandemic. If plan carefully, these cash provide investment opportunities that allow supermax to grow further.

Supermax price will be stringly supported at rm4. Dont expect any sharp fall in price. However upside will depends on the pandemic situation. The longer pandamic drag, supermax will continue to make super profit. Since mar2020, supermax already pocketed 3bil profit. I believe remaining of 2021 will give supermax another 3bil profit. So total 6bil already in the pocket.

Harta make similar profit of 1bil mkt cap can be so high 34bil. Kossan however only 11bil mkt cap. Harta pay 17sen divd but share price rm10. As compare kossan pay 12sen divid and share price only rm4.5. Kossan looks so undervalue as compare to harta.
