I believed many in this forum may have missed what I have written yesterday. Please go back and take a look at it. To understand CSY & parters in VC need to look at MMAG. Formidable opponents if Dato is serious in taking over VC as vehicle for listing. CSY & partners control MMAG very tightly via holdings of MMAG, MMAG-PA & MMAG-WA

To understand better CSY modus operandi in VC need to study MMAG. AR 2019 of MMAG listed CSY as 2nd largest shareholder with 100M shares, largest ICPS with 218M & largest warrant holder with 51M.

CSY holds 22.81% of MMAG Warrant according to MMAG AR 2019. Currently no board member holds substantial quantity VC-WB

I believe Dato must have some plans in mind. Otherwise will not buy 90m shares of VC. Don’t think he is the type to just play play for quick profit. CSY & other partners also will not convert so many VC-PA & lose money for no reason
